Frequently Asked Questions
How do I export my Shopify Orders CSV?
Go to your Shopify Admin → Orders → Export. Select "All orders" and choose "Plain CSV file". Download and upload it here.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your CSV file is processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to any server. When you close the tab, the data is gone.
What is the Profit Reality Score?
It's a 0-100 score that measures how healthy your store's profitability is. It factors in your profit margin, refund rate, and COGS ratio. A score of 70+ is healthy, 40-70 needs attention, and below 40 is critical.
How are payment fees estimated?
We use Shopify Payments' standard rate of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for US stores. If you use a different payment provider, your actual fees may differ.
What if I don't have COGS data in Shopify?
If you haven't set per-product costs in Shopify, the COGS will show as $0. You can add cost data in Shopify Admin → Products → Edit → Cost per item.
Can I analyze multiple CSVs?
You can upload a new CSV at any time by clicking the 'New File' button after your analysis is complete.
